Sessions can be done over Skype, via email exchange or by phone.
Zoom Dating Coaching for Men Sessions
I mainly do coaching sessions via Zoom as it is easy simple and free to use. I have experimented with this format for 2 years and find it as effective as face-to-face sessions. Using Zoom means I can coach clients all over the world without any need for anyone to travel.
Email Dating Coaching for Men Sessions
Another option that works very well if you cannot do Zoom sessions is good old fashioned email. This can sometimes be a very effective way take time to consider, explore and vocalise your issues and I will respond with help, questions, techniques or recommended resources. I will reply to emails within 24 hours, but you can take as long as you want or need.

Dating Coaching for Men Sessions are one hour long.
If you’d like to make a real change in your love life then I suggest that you commit to a series of sessions in advance. So after the first initial session (to make sure this suits you) you can either book a package (for a discount) or one at a time. Packages are valid for 6 months and include free email support between sessions.
Clients usually get the greatest benefit from one weekly session for the first 2 to 3 weeks, and then once a month after that. I am of course totally flexible to your needs or requirements.
