Online dating isn’t an exact science. Women want different things in a guy and it’s difficult to please everyone all of the time. But who wants to please everyone anyway? We only really need to appeal to a small minority in order to be successful in the dating game, I mean how many women do you have the time for?!

Anyway, even though there isn’t a formula as such, there are some great online dating profile examples for men out there of just how to write your “about me”. I’m going to show you a few examples and tell you what is great about them, you should then be able to apply the same ideas to your own and become instantly more successful!

I like this one because it’s really positive and to the point. It covers the type of guy he is, shows that he’s up for fun and lists plenty of hobbies that a woman can relate to in order to find things in common.

Perfect for the dating apps that require a short bio but you could easily add a little more to this one to include what you’re looking for in a woman that would make this suitable for most dating sites too.

This profile is really fantastic. It’s really thorough and covers just about every element you’d expect to see in a dating profile for men. I like the warm welcome followed by what he’s looking for in a woman, rather than jumping into selling himself. This is a nice honest profile and the type of women he’ll attract from this will be caring and considerate; both traits he’s looking for in a potential partner.
